Frequently Asked Questions
TELL ME ABOUT OVER RUNS AND UNDER RUNS - WHAT ARE THEY AND WHY DO THEY EXIST?
An over run occurs when you order 100 units and actually receive 105. An under run happens when you have placed an order for 100 units but receive only 95. You will pay only for what you have received. Over and Under Runs exist because it is a way to keep end user costs down. If the factory cuts production off at 100 units exactly, it is possible that onoly 90-99 may have been printed well enough to pass their strickt quality control process. If the factory cuts it off at 100 you will probably recieve at least 100 and may receive several additional units more. You can always request no over or under runs, depending on budget or quantity needs because you only pay for what you receive. Quality Control is important- we want you to look your best!
